碳量子点的制备及其在发光二极管中的应用
Synthesis and Application in LED of Carbon Quantum Dots
摘要
Abstract
Carbon quantum dots have attracted much recent attention among the nano-materials family. Recent development on the synthesis and applications of carbon quantum dots materials was reviewed. The superiority and synthesis methods of carbon quantum dots were introduced, and the modification, preparation of composites and application in light emitting diode (LED) of carbon quantum dots were summarized. This review could provide the corresponding information on the future development of carbon quantum dots.关键词
