Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety between double doses of Ebastine and single dose Ebastine combined with Cimetidine in treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria. Methods: All the subjects were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was prescribed with double doses of Ebastine,the control group was prescribed with single dose of Ebastine and Cimetidine,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The results show that the effective rates were 90.00% and 74.58% in the treatment and control group respectively after 2 weeks of treatment,while the figures were 93.33% and 79.66% respectively after 4 weeks of treatment. There were significantly difference (P<0.05) between the two groups about the effective rates. Conclusion:Double dose of Ebastine in treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria is an effective and safe method and it is worthy to spread in clinic.关键词
