摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investi gate the surgical laser photocoagulation control strategies clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the treatment of various retinal diseases. Methods:in our hospital in March 2010-a variety of ocular fundus patients in October 2012 of 62 cases 73 were treated as the observation group,using retinal laser photocoagulation treatment and take some control for perioperative adverse reactions may occur countermeasures. Select the same period Jolethin medication treatment of various ocular fundus 62 patients 81 as a control group,were followed up for 6 months after treatment,the two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. The results observed total effective rate was 90.32% in the control group,the total effective rate was 75.81%,the overall efficiency of the two groups had statistically significant difference (P<0.05);adverse reactions of patients in the control group during the medication mainly for allergies,gastrointestinal discomfort,but disappear after treatment,both groups were not there other serious adverse reactions. Conclusion:The application of various types of retinal laser photocoagulation surgery for diseases with good clinical results,perioperative take some control strategies to avoid serious adverse reactions photocoagulation .关键词
