摘要
Abstract
To determine whether 5-amino-ketovaleric acid photodynamic(ALA-PDT) and physical therapy was an effective strategy in the treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: Clinical literature about ALA-PDT and physical therapy (CO2 laser , liquid nitrogen freezing , electrocautery) were reviewed and identified for meta-analysis . Results: the meta-analysis showed ALA-PDT could lower the recurrence rate and adverse reaction of CA , Significant differences were found between ALA-PDT group and physical therapy group . Conclusion: ALA-PDT can decrease the recurrence rate of CA and improve the effect of patients with CA , but have a lower cure rate than physical therapy .关键词
