Abstract
To investigate the morbidi ty , epidemic characteristics and risk factors of hypertension in Tongwei . Methods:A total of 564 local residents who were over 35 years old and had lived in the village for more than 5 years were selected and surveyed by a questionnaire . Results:A total of 564 local residents were identified , the average age was (58 . 02 ± 12 . 473)years;The prevalence rate of hypertension was 59 . 4% in this area; No significant differences were found in the prevalence rate of hypertension between male and female(χ2=0 . 79 , P>0 . 05), and the significant differences were found in the prevalence rate of hypertension between difference age group;Age , smoking;drinking;salt and cardiovascular diseases were risk factors of hypertension . Conclusions:Tongwei is a high prevalence area of hypertension , The prevalence rate of hypertension increased with the raised of age . The prevalence of hypertension in Tongwei is higher than the average level of Chinese population , and hypertension has become amajor health problem for Tongwei inhabitants .关键词
