人类疱疹病毒6型在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the the relationship between HHV-6 infection and the incidence of oral squamous cell carcinomas . Methods: Detected the expression level of HHV-6 mRNA and it's protein in tissues of oral squamous carcinoma with real -time PCR and immunohistochemistry technologies . Results: The expression rates of HHV-6 mRNA in tissues of oral squamous carcinoma and normal oral mucosa were 83.3% and 13.9% respectively (P<0.05). As well as the expression rates of HHV-6 protein were 86.1% and 0 respectively (P<0.05). Therefore, we concluded that the expression level of HHV-6 mRNA and it's protein in tissues of oral squamous carcinoma and normal oral mucosa had significantly difference . Conclusion: The incidence of oral squamous cell carcinomas has significant correlation with HHV-6 infection .关键词
