摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the hematoma puncture drainage for the actual efficacy of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and evaluate its clinical value. Methods: 152 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,76 cases were randomly divided into the treatment groups which were used the hematoma puncture drainage , and 76 cases in the control group which were used a small bone window hematoma. Mortality and after a year of daily living (ADL) in the two group were recorded and compared. Results: The 1-year mortality and postoperative ADL good rates were 2.63%,81.58% in the treatment group,were 13.16%,67.11% in the control group in which the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hematoma puncture drainage for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have a significant effect,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
