Abstract
Objective:Lens implantation after cataract surgery with Multifocal lenses; focus on patients ' postoperative effects of distant and near vision. Methods:50 cases of senile cataract(68 eyes) randomly assigned to experimental group 32-eyes,36 cases in the control group, as long as Novo received topical anesthesia+phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation,patients were followed up for 3 months of Visual recovery,and statistical analysis of postoperative patients with multifocal intraocular lens on the effect of distant and near vision.Results:All patients operation after 3 months;far vision experiment group value's are:(0.97±0.16), control group's are:(0.97±0.16), both compared, no statistics meaning(P>0.05);near vision experiment group, value:(0.83±0.20), control group,(0.42±0.11), experiment group obviously is superior to control group,has statistics meaning (P<0.01);total is 15.63%(nine-sixty eighths) of patients complained. Visual does not apply, degree is more minor. Eye surgery patients 26.47%(eighteen-sixty eighths),Dai Jing 11.76%(eight-sixty eighths). Conclusion:Multiple focus intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients provides better visual acuity, multifocal intraocular lens implantation in patients with mirror is 90% and improves postoperative Visual function and quality of life in patients with cataract.关键词
