摘要
Abstract
In order to realize exact testing and repairing of stress release boot,X-ray inspection technology combined with indus-trial CT testing was used to detect the dimensional size and location of debonding defection. The suitable materials were researched by formulation test technology.And quantifying bumping apparatus with high pressure piston was developed to directionally transport repairing materials to defect location remotely.It can exactly repair defect and reserve original structure of stress release boot root.The technology has been successfully used to repair the debonding of front stress release boot root of the solid rocket motor,and passed the assessment of series of test.关键词
