Abstract
In order to improve the safety performance of RDX,use a kind of high polymer( marked as HP⁃1) as a coating agent. RDX/HP⁃1 ultrafine spherical composite particles were prepared by spray drying technology. The mass ratio of RDX to HP⁃1 was 98 ∶ 2.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X⁃ray diffraction(XRD) were employed to characterize raw RDX and RDX/HP⁃1. The thermal decomposition properties and impact sensitivity were also contrasted and analyzed. The results show that RDX/HP⁃1 particles which have been modified are spherical in shape and range from 0.3μm to 3μm in size.The morphology and particle size are better than that of raw RDX,and the crystal type of RDX/HP⁃1 is not changed.The activation energy and critical temperature of thermal explosion of RDX/HP⁃1 are 191. 9 kJ/mol and 237. 2 ℃, respectively, while that of raw RDX is 174. 0 kJ/mol and 236.0 ℃,respectively.The temperature of the equal kinetic point is 235.1℃.The vacuum stability of RDX/HP⁃1 is better than that of raw RDX.The drop height of RDX/HP⁃1 and raw RDX is 61.5 cm and 20.6 cm,respectively.关键词
