Abstract
On the basis of the temperature field distribution features and thermal deformation mechanism of the external cavity tunable lasers obtained by using the finite element analysis method,this paper proposes an optimized optical bench structure and theoretically analyzes and numerically simulates its heat dissipation and thermal deformation in order to decrease the effects of the ambient temperature variations on their wavelength stabilization.The results show that the optimized structure has effi-cient heat transfer property and significantly reduces the effect of thermal deformation on the cavity length,thereby improving the wavelength stability of the lasers at different operating temperatures.关键词
