四妙勇安汤中绿原酸在大鼠肠的吸收动力学研究OACSTPCD
Study on in vivo intestinal absorption kinetics of chlorogenic acid in Simiao Yongan decoction
目的：考察四妙勇安汤中绿原酸在大鼠肠的吸收动力学特征。方法采用大鼠在体肠灌流模型,结合高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别测定绿原酸和酚红的质量浓度。结果绿原酸在十二指肠、回肠、空肠的吸收速率常数分别为0.0816、0.0912、0.0748 h-1,回肠与十二指肠、空肠比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)；绿原酸吸收动力学方程为Y=-0.0886X+2.8993(r=0.9932),吸收速率常数为0．0886 h-1。结论绿原酸在回肠段…查看全部>>
Objective To study the intestinal absorption kinetics of chlorogenic acid in Simiao Yongan decoction in rats. Methods The study was performed by an in vivo intestinal perfusion model in rats, and the concentration of chlorogenic acid and phenol red were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy, respectively.
