HP LC法同时测定木蝴蝶配方颗粒中木蝴蝶苷B和黄芩苷的含量
Determination of oroxin B and baicalin in Oroxyli Semen Formula granule by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of oroxin B and baicalin in Oroxyli Semen Formula granule. Methods The analysis was performed on Venusil ASB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm ) with methanol, acetonitrile and 0. 3% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase in gradient mode. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The linear calibration curves were established in the concentration range of 0. 062 7-1. 254 0 μg (r=0.999 5)for oroxin B and 0. 043 1-0. 861 2 μg ( r=0. 999 7 ) for baicalin. The average recoveries of oroxin B and baicalin were 99. 6% and 101. 9%, respectively. Conclusion The method was accurate with good repeatability and specificity, which could be used for the simultaneous determination of oroxin B and baicalin in Oroxyli Semen Formula granule.关键词
