通脉复方有效部位中丹酚酸B的含量测定
Determination of salvianolic acid B in effective fraction of Tongmai compound
摘要
Abstract
Objective An HPLC method was established for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Tongmai compound. Methods The HPLC was applied with Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column and the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30∶10∶1∶59). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 286 nm, and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results It showed a good linearity for salvianolic acid B in the range of 0.378-3.78μg ( r=0.999 6) ,with an average recovery of 98.11% (RSD=1.2%,n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible, and it could be used for the quality control of Tongmai compound.关键词
