贝前列素钠片与替米沙坦联合治疗方案在早期糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用效果及安全性分析

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and discuss the effects and safety of prostrate tablets combined with Aristotelian in the treat-ment of early diabetic osteopathy. METHODS: From 2012-2014 the patients with early diabetic osteopathy were randomly selected. 100 patients were randomly divided into obervation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50). All patients were treated by con-ventional supportive care. On the basis of that, observation group received prostrate tablets and Aristotelian treatment and the control group only received Aristotelian treatment. The clinical effects, serum Creator and urine albumin and adverse events in two groups were observed after two months of treatment. RESULTS: After the treatment in the observation group the markedly efficacy was 24 ca-ses, effecacy was 22 cases and in efficacy was 4 cases, which showed that the effective rate was 92. 00%. In the control group markedly effecacy was 17 cases, effcicacy was 21 cases and inefficacy was 12 cases, which showed that the effective rate was 76. 00%. The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. There was statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). After treatment in the observation group pain was 0 case, skin allergies 0 case, ALT increased slightly 0 ca-ses and gastrointestinal reactions 1 case, which showed that the occurrence of adverse reactions was 2. 00%. In the control group pain was 1 case, skin allergies 0 case, ALT increased slightly 0 cases, gastrointestinal side effects 2 cases, which showed that adverse re-actions were 8. 00%. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups (P>0. 05). The patients in two groups before and after treatment showed that there was no significant changes in serum Creator (P>0. 05). Uuri-nary albumin was improved after the treatment significantly (P<0. 05). CONCLUSION: Prostrate tablets Aristotelian can treat early diabetic osteopathy effectively and safety.关键词
