摘要

Abstract

The phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B (PI-3K/Akt) signal transduction pathway is an important signal transduction pathway in cells and plays an important biological role in the apoptosis, proliferation, surviral of cell and changes of cy-toskeleton. And among them the regulation about cell apoptosis and survival is particalarly important. Cell apoptosis has participated in the courses of the occurrence and development of many nervous system disease. The research in recent years indicates that the acti-vation of the pathway has certain protective role of the nerve. The research of endogenous neural protection mechanism of PI-3K/Akt/GSK3 β signal pathway is expected to provide new theoretical basis for the treatment of nervous system diseases.
