卵巢癌干细胞与上皮-间质转化的研究进展
Progress of Ovarian Cancer Stem Cells and Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition
摘要
Abstract
Cancer as a disease driven by cancer stem cells is a concept that has emerged over the last few years. Along with varieties of cancer stem cells (CSCs) have been identified,the isolation and identification of ovarian cancer stem cells(OCSCs) developes quickly. OCSCs is a self-renewal and differentiation of cells. Re-cently,increasing evidences suggest that CSCs are potential candidates for mediating metastatic progression and chemoresistance. Studies have also indicated the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an important role in regulating cancer metastasis. Meanwhile ,more and more findings illustrate a direct link between the EMT and the gain of stem-cell properties. The purpose of this review is to discuss the relationship between OCSCs and EMT,and to explore the potential therapeutic strategies of ovarian cancer.关键词
