腹腔镜与开腹全子宫切除术对女性卵巢功能影响的比较OACSTPCD
Comparison of the effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy on ovarian function
目的：探讨腹腔镜下与开腹全子宫切除术对中青年女性卵巢功能的影响。方法选择60例未绝经的子宫良性疾病并需行子宫切除术的中青年患者，随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹组，每组各30例，比较两组患者围手术期指标、性激素水平及围绝经期综合征情况。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间均显著少于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（ t值分别为4．27和3．11，P＜0．05）；术后6个月，两组患者卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）水平相比，差…查看全部>>
