Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of subarachnoid anesthesia with ropivacaine and sufentanil in cesarean surgery .Methods Totally 110 cases of women who would undergo cesarean were divided into two groups by using random number table with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given ropivacaine spinal anesthesia , while the observation group was given ropivacaine and sufentanil in subarachnoid anesthesia .Onset time of anesthesia, analgesia duration, postoperative VAS score and neonatal 1min, 5 min Apgar score were observed and the adverse events of two groups were compared .Results The onset time of anesthesia of the observation group was 56.54 ±4.51 s, which was significantly less than the control group (83.36 ±4.85s) (t=6.53,P<0.05).Its analgesia duration and postoperative VAS score was 5.21 ±0.42 h and 1.38 ±0.20 min, respectively, which were significantly higher than the control group (3.45 ±0.31 h and 3.35 ±0.42 min). The differences were statistically significant (t value was 5.21 and 8.20, respectively, both P<0.05).The two groups were not significantly different in neonatal 1min, 5 min Apgar score and the incidence of adverse reactions (t value was 1.62 and 1.35, respectively,χ2 =1.09,P>0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in subarachnoid anesthesia has better analgesic effect and rapid onset of analgesia .The analgesia duration is long , and the adverse reactions are few with better clinical value.关键词
