480例正常婴幼儿认知发育水平初步研究

Abstract
Objective To assess the cognitive development level of infants and toddlers in Wuxi with cognition sub -tests of Bayley scales of infant and toddler development-Ⅲ.Methods Totally 480 normal infants and toddlers were tested with cognition sub-tests of Bayley-Ⅲ. Half were male and half were female .The age ranged from 16 days to 42 months and 15 days.Among those children , 48 were retested after 3-7 days.Results The overall cognitive quotient of the infants and toddlers was 103.17 ±7.22.That of the boy was 102.54 ±7.46,and that of the girl was 103.79 ±6.92(t=1.903,P>0.05).The cognitive quotient of the infants and toddlers in cesarean section and nature delivery was 103.10 ±7.17 and 103.25 ±7.28, respectively (t=0.226,P>0.05).The test-retest reliability of the cognition sub-tests of Bayley-Ⅲwas 0.956 (P<0.05).Conclusion The overall cognitive quotient of infants and toddlers aged 0-42 months is above the average in Wuxi.There is no significant difference between boys and girls and between cesarean section and natural produce .Parents’ educational level, breast feeding and economic level are beneficial to the development of cognitive ability .The cognition scales of Bayley-Ⅲshows good reliability , and it is feasible to assess the cognition ability of infants and toddoers in China so as to promote better development of children .关键词
