Abstract
Objective To observation the clinical effect of phloroglucinol with small dose of oxytocin in the first stage .Methods One hundred cases of primiparas in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Qinzhou City in Guangxi Province delivering in the period of May 2011 to May 2013 were randomly selected , and they were divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each .The control group was given small dose of oxytocin , and the observation group was given phloroglucin combined with small dose of oxytocin .The general situation , the dilatation of cervix , progress of labor and the mode of delivery , pollution of amniotic fluid and neonatal situation of two groups were observed and compared .Results There was no significant difference in forceps delivery rate and stained amniotic fluid between two groups(χ2 value was 1.47 and 0.89, respectively, both P>0.05), and there was no significant difference in Apgar score and bleeding of 2h postpartum hemorrhage between two groups (t value was 2.15 and 6.11, respectively, both P>0.05).But the first stage of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (t=11.56,P<0.05), and the cesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ2 =7.42,P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucin combined with small dose of oxytocin for the first stage can improve the labor process significantly and decrease cesarean section rate , which is worthy of clinical application .关键词
