Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of puerperal infection and to discuss the treatment and preventive measures . Methods Among 2 849 cases of pregnant women in Hubei Jinmen Convalescent Hospital from January 2010 to February 2013, 30 cases of puerperal infection were followed up to observe the related factors of puerperal infection and to formulate corresponding preventive measures.Results Delivery mode, pregnancy complications, prolonged second stage of labor, prenatal anemia, postpartum hemorrhage, premature rupture of fetal membranes during pregnancy , pregnancy suffering from vaginitis , amniotic fluid contamination , cesarean section≥2 could increase the risk of puerperal infection ( χ2 value was 15.53, 4.54, 8.39, 38.95, 8.96, 15.07, 13.59, 8.64 and 5.88, respectively, all P<0.05).Among these 30 cases, 27 cases were cured, and the other 3 were cured after second operation .No death case was found .Conclusion Puerperal infection is induced by many factors , so it should be prevented during the pregnancy and after delivery .Risk factors such as premature rupture of membranes , prolonged second stage of labor and amniotic fluid contamination should be treated actively , and antibiotics should be used reasonably to reduce the incidence of adverse events .关键词
