人工流产术后应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol on reducing vaginal bleeding , promoting endometrium recovery and menstruation resumption in artificial abortion .Methods Totally 136 women after artificial abortion were divided into two groups , experiment group and control group .The control group was given antibiotics and biochemical capsules orally , while the experiment group was given drospirenone ethinylestradiol additionally .The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed .Results In the experiment group , the proportion of women with less postoperative vaginal bleeding than menstrual amount , that of women with vaginal bleeding ≤3 days, and that of women with menopause within 30 days after artificial abortion were significantly higher than those in the control group (χ2 value was 11.942, 17.960 and 75.210, respectively, all P<0.05).The thickness of endometrium at the 14th day after surgery was greater in the experiment group than the control group (t=2.845,P<0.05).The differences were significant .Conclusion Application of drospirenone ethinylestradiol immediately after artificial abortion can reduce vaginal bleeding amount , shorten the time of menstruation resumption and promote endometrium recovery .关键词
