Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage therapy for postoperative pelvic lymphocele in malignant cancer of gynecology.Methods The cases with 98 postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in malignant cancer were selected and divided into normal group (n=56) and infection group (n=42) according to cyst size and clinical symptoms.They were treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage combined with absolute alcohol sclero therapy.Results Patients were followed up for 1 week to 3 months.For the infection group and the normal group, the effective rate was 85.71% and 100.00%, respectively, and there was statistical significance (χ2 =8.522,P=0.004).Normal group was followed up for 1 to 12 weeks, and no case was found with adverse symptoms.The infection group had varying degrees of adverse reaction before grouping, but the symptoms were gradually relieved after interventional therapy.The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14%, which was significantly higher than the normal group (χ2 =3.415, P =0.033).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided interventional therapy is a safe and effective treatment for postoperative pelvic lymphocele in gynecologic malignancy, and it is worthy of wide promotion and application.关键词
