哮喘儿童行为问题与母亲心理情绪状态的关系
Relationship between behavioral problems of asthmatic children and emotional state of their mothers

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between behavioral problems of asthmatic children and emotional state of their mothers ,so as to provide basis for intervention measures .Methods During the period of December 2010 to October 2011 44 mothers of asthmatic children visiting the Second Hospital of Shandong University were enrolled in the study , and they were compared with 29 mothers of healthy children studying in a primary school in Jinan .Two groups were tested with state-trait anxiety inventory , self-rating depression scale and parents’ chart of Rutter children ’ s behavior questionnaire .The results of tests were analyzed by SPSS 15.0, including t-test, Pearson correlation andχ2 test.Results The total score of behavior of the asthmatic group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( t=4.12,P<0.01).The positive detection rate of behavioral problems in the asthmatic group was higher than that in the control group (χ2 =13.50,P<0.001), and the positive detection rate of behavioral problems in asthmatic boys was higher than that in asthmatic girls (χ2 =4.05,P<0.05).The positive detection rates of common single behavioral problems in the asthmatic group were higher than those in the control group including being unable to sit still , upsetting, petrifaction, irritability, sorrow and sleep difficulty (χ2 value was 7.28, 12.28, 6.15, 6.43, 8.17 and 4.54, respectively, all P<0.05).The scores of state anxiety , trait anxiety and depression of mothers of asthmatic children were higher than those of mothers of healthy children (t value was 3.29, 3.67 and 4.71, respectively, all P<0.05).The score of children behavior was positively correlated with that of state anxiety of mothers (r =0.389,P <0.01), and the difference was significant.The score of children behavior was not related with trait anxiety (r=0.244, P>0.05) and depression of mothers (r=0.230, P>0.05).Conclusion Summarizing characteristics of asthmatic children ’s behavior and emotional state of their mothers and formulating intervention measures are the effective methods to control asthmatic attack and improve life quality of asthmatic children .关键词
