Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of serum cancer antigen 125 ( CA125 ) , progesterone and estradiol for predicting threatened abortion .Methods Clinical data of pregnancies with singleton at gestational age of 6-8 weeks admitted in PLA No .101 Hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed , and the cases were divided into three groups according to pregnancy outcomes:threatened abortion group , inevitable abortion group and normal pregnancy group .CA125, progesterone and estradiol levels of three groups were measured .Results There was significant difference in the level of CA 125, progesterone and estradiol among three groups (F value was 15.731, 3.608 and 26.253, respectively, all P<0.05).Group comparison indicated that CA125 level of normal pregnancy group was significantly lower than that of threatened abortion group and inevitable abortion group ( t value was 12.183 and 16.065, respectively, both P<0.05), and that of threatened abortion group was obviously lower than that of inevitable abortion group (t=9.187, P<0.05).Progesterone and estradiol levels of normal pregnancy group were significantly higher than those of threatened abortion group and inevitable abortion group (t value was 10.073, 12.685, 9.936 and 18.187, respectively, all P<0.05), and those of threatened abortion group were remarkably higher than inevitable abortion group (t value was 9.637 and 10.098, respectively, both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sensitivity , specificity and accuracy among single CA 125, progesterone and estradiol (χ2 value was 1.962, 1.734 and 0.985, respectively, all P>0.05), but the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CA125 combined with progesterone and estradiol for predicting threatened abortion were significantly higher than those of CA 125, progesterone or estradiol (χ2 value was 5.184, 6.861 and 4.086, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion CA125 combined with progesterone and estradiol for predicting threatened abortion has a characteristic of high accuracy , and it has important clinical reference value .关键词
