Abstract
Objective To investigate and compare the efficacy and safety of uterine cooker ballon and Dinoprostone for labor induction of term pregnancy with oligohydramnios .Methods From June 2012 to January 2013 96 cases of term pregnancy with oligohydramnios were selected and randomly divided into experimental group with uterine cooker ballon and control group with Dinoprostone .There were 48 cases in each group .Cervical ripening , general progress of labor , delivery mode and maternal and perinatal physical condition were compared between two groups .Results Compared with the control group , the first and second stage of labor could be cut down by uterine cooker ballon (t value was 3.682 and 7.033, respectively).Uterine cooker ballon had great effect on promoting cervical ripening and reducing cesarean section rate (χ2 value was 1.792 and 4.381, respectively, both P <0.05).But there was no significant difference in fetal distress (χ2 =1.344), neonatal asphyxia (0 case) and postpartum hemorrhage (t =0.505) between two groups (all P >0.05). Conclusion Uterine cooker ballon is effective and safe for labor induction of term pregnancy with oligohydramnios , and it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
