56例川崎病患儿临床表现及心血管系统损害分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of hospitalized children with Kawasaki disease and the correlation between indexes of auxiliary examination and the complications of cardiovascular system, so as to provide some guidance for treatment of the disease.Methods The study included 56 children with Kawasaki disease hospitalized in pediatric department of Wenling Women and Children’ s Hospital during the period of January 2008 to January 2013.The clinical data of the children were collected.They took physical examination and some auxiliary examinations.All of the indexes were analyzed statistically.Results Totally 34 of 56 cases of Kawasaki disease were complicated with cardiovascular damages, accounting for 60.71%.There were 12 cases (21.43%) with abnormal ECG and 31 cases with abnormal cardiac ultrasonic results (55.36%).Nine cases suffered both.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that CRP (OR=1.786), duration of fever before treatment (OR=1.345) and PLT (OR=2.565) were significantly correlated with cardiovascular damages in children with Kawasaki disease (all P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of cardiovascular damages on children with Kawasaki disease at early stage is high.CRP, heating duration before treatment and PLT are high-risk factors of cardiovascular damages, therefore, much attention should be paid to the above factors at early stage.关键词
