Abstract
Objective To explore the anesthetic effect of Remifentanil on cesarean section and seek more reasonable clinical medication. Methods The study recruited 100 full-term parturients undergoing elective cesarean section during the period of January to December in 2013 in Central Hospital of Xuzhou. They were randomly divided into experimental group taking Remifentanil for anesthesia and control group using Ketamine for anesthesia.Maternal hemodynamics index, anesthesia recovery time and Apgar scores of neonates were compared between two groups. Results At the time of intubation and extubation heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were lower in the experimental group than the control group with significant differences ( tintubation value was 9.864, 12.342, 7.655 and 8.464, respectively, textubation value was 10.319, 11.256, 11.234 and 9.383, respectively, all P<0.05).In the experimental group the anesthesia recovery time, respiratory recovery time and anesthesia breathing time were earlier than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between two groups (t value was 4.521, 3.872 and 5.461, respectively, all P <0.05).There were no significant differences in neonatal Apgar scores assessed at 1, 5 and 10min between two groups (all P>0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil for cesarean section can achieve good effect on anesthesia with less adverse effects on parturients and neonates, so it can be applied in clinics.关键词
