卡孕栓在疤痕子宫人工流产术中的应用
Application of Carboprost in artificial abortion of patients with scar uterus
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application of Carboprost in artificial abortion of patients with scar uterus.Methods A total of 120 patients with scar uterus was selected in People’ s Hospital of Ruian City in Zhejiang Province and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table.The observation group received Carboprost 90min before artificial abortion operation. All patients received artificial abortion operation, and clinical efficacy was observed and compared between two groups.Results The operation time and blood loss during operation of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t value was 6.493 and 8.599, respectively, both P<0.05).The total efficiency rate of cervical dilatation of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 =32.967,P<0.05).And the incidences of uterus perforation, intrauterine residue and artificial abortion syndrome of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (χ2 value was 4.138, 4.138 and 4.904, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Carboprost in artificial abortion operation for patients with scar uterus is effective, and it is worthy of application in clinics.关键词
