儿童精神障碍患者的脑电图回顾性分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of children with mental disorders so as to provide evidence for better diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the data of ordinary EEG and 24-hour EEG of 362 children with mental disorders examined in the period of January 2009 to January 2012 in Xi ’ an Mental Health Center.Results Among 362 cases, 278 (76.80%) had normal EEG results and 84 (23.20%) had abnormal results.Epileptic EEG change was found in children with abnormal EEG results.Roughly normal results were found in 24-hour EEG of 34 cases (9.39%), and abnormal results in 328 cases (90.61%). Epileptic EEG changes were found in children with abnormal 24-hour EEG results.The detection rate of children with epilepsy revealed by 24-hour EEG was higher than that by ordinary EEG (χ2 =330.68, P<0.05).Conclusion EEG of children with mental disorders is in line with EEG abnormality in patients with epilepsy.Mental disorders in children are mental disorders associated with epilepsy.关键词
