趋化因子在子宫内膜异位症患者中的表达及临床意义

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels of regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted ( RANTES) in serum and eutopic/ectopic endometrium in women with endometriosis and its clinical significance. Methods 89 Patients with endometriosis were selected as study objects ( observation group) , and 60 women with normal pelvic structure who underwent laparoscopic surgery for IUD extract in First People’ s Hospital of Jiangxia District in the same period were recruited in control group. Clinical data of all cases were collected. RANTES levels in serum and eutopic/ectopic endometrium of two groups were detected and analyzed. Results The serum RANTES level in the observation group was significant higher than that in the control group (t=3. 06,P<0. 05), and that of patients inⅠ-Ⅱstage and Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage was significantly higher than that of the control group ( t value was 2. 68 and 4. 13, respectively, both P<0. 05). The serum RANTES levels in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium were significantly higher than normal endometrium (t value was 3. 26 and 4. 05, respectively, both P<0. 05), and those in eutopic endometrium of patients inⅠ-Ⅱstage andⅢ-Ⅳstage were higher than in normal endometrium (t value was 3. 15 and 4. 23, respectively, both P<0. 05). The serum RANTES level was positively related with pelvic adhesion score (r=3. 986, P<0. 05), but not significantly correlated with dysmenorrhea score (r=0. 287,P>0. 05). Conclusion RANTES may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.关键词
