Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance .Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from December 2011 to October 2013 were included.There were 31 cases of acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) , 42 cases of unsta-ble angina ( UAP) and 29 cases of stable angina ( SAP) .Thirty-three healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were detected in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy subjects.Results The serum MMP-9 , NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in AMI and UAP groups than in SAP group and control group ( P<0.05 ); the serum MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in AMI group were significantly higher than in UAP group ( P<0.05); the serum MMP-9, NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels were in-creased with the increase of the number of coronary lesions , and the difference was statistically sig-nificant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Serum MMP-9 , NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in patients with coronary heart disease are closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease , indicating the severity of coronary lesions.They are of clinical significance and of reference value for physi-cians.关键词
