Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of BCLT -positive triple-negative breast cancer and their relationship with Ki 67 and P53 expressions.Methods A total of 56 patients with triple-negative breast cancer were included in the study .Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the patients with BCLT -positive triple-negative breast cancer.The clinicopathologi-cal features of BCLT-positive triple-negative breast cancer were analyzed as well as their relationship with Ki67 and P53 expressions.Results Of the 56 patients with triple negative breast cancer , BCLT was found expressed in 31 cases (55.4%) .CK5 /6 as one of basal markers was shown to ex-press in 93.5% (29 /31) of breast cancers harboring BCLT , and BCLT was positively associated with ki67 (P <0.05) .Conclusions BCLT-positive triple-negative breast cancer is a highly malig -nant cancer.It tends to metastasize and has a poor prognosis.Immune markers such as CK5 /6, characteristic morphological changes and Ki67 expression help determine the outcome of BCLT -posi-tive triple-negative breast cancer.More studies will be needed to explore this breast cancer .关键词
