Regulation of Non-Coding RNA on Autophagy in Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Non-coding RNA ( ncRNA) are RNAs that do not encode a protein, including miRNA, siRNA, piRNA, lncRNA, tRNA, and rRNA and so on. NcRNAs plays an important role in protein transcription and post-transcription regulation. Autophagy is a process by which cells can survive under abnormal environment. Multiple studies have demonstrated that autophagy is closely re-lated to cancer in a two-sided manner. Recently, many studies have explored the regulation of ncRNA, especially miRNA and lncRNA on autophagy in cancer cells. Here, we review the ad-vances of miRNA and IcnRNA in the regulation of autophagy in cancers.关键词
