摘要

Abstract

Tumor microenvironment is the internal environment for the survival and development of the tumor cells. The mechanism of tumor immune escape is closely related to tumor microenviron-ment. In this review, we illustrate the effects of immune cells ( such as regulatory T lymphocytes, myeloid-derived suppressor cells, alternatively activated macrophages, functionally impaired den-dritic cells) in the tumor microenvironment on tumor immune escape, and the immune therapeutic strategies which can be used to improve the tumor microenvironment.
