Immune Cells in Tumor Microenvironment and Tumor Immune Escape
摘要
Abstract
Tumor microenvironment is the internal environment for the survival and development of the tumor cells. The mechanism of tumor immune escape is closely related to tumor microenviron-ment. In this review, we illustrate the effects of immune cells ( such as regulatory T lymphocytes, myeloid-derived suppressor cells, alternatively activated macrophages, functionally impaired den-dritic cells) in the tumor microenvironment on tumor immune escape, and the immune therapeutic strategies which can be used to improve the tumor microenvironment.关键词
