摘要

Abstract

Gene chip technology is a biological method that can efficiently analyze the nucleic acid sequences. It is developed based on gene probing and hybridization sequencing analysis. The technology has many advantages, including fast analysis, less required sample, less pollution and so on, when compared with other tools of molecular biology. As tumor occurrence, development, treatment, and prognosis are closely related to the gene, the gene chip technology, as a new gene detection tool, will become an effective tool in the study of genes associated with tumors and in the treatment of tumors.
