摘要

Abstract

Mitochondria are important organelles, and their distribution in cells is closely relat-ed to cell growth and activities. It is meaningful to examine the anchoring mechanism of mitochondri-a, as it is not only fundamental for molecular biology, but also closely related to a variety of neuro-logical diseases. The present study focuses on the regulation of motor proteins and their regulators by calcium, and discusses about the anchoring mechanism of inner and outer mitochondria on microtu-bule and actin filament. With the anchoring mechanism of mitochondria being elucidated, numerous neurological diseases will be prevented and cured.
