唇裂术后突发精神障碍患者的心理治疗1例
Psychotherapy of a sudden psychiatric disorder patient after cheiloplasty：a case report
摘要
Abstract
Patients with a cleft lip and palate occasionally experience mental disorders in clinics. This study presents a case of an adult patient with a cleft lip who manifested acute psychiatric symptoms after operation. These symptoms include auditory hallucinations and delusions. The psychological diagnosis, counseling, and treatment of professional counselors helped to alleviate the mental disorders of the patient, who exhibited satisfactory treatment results.关键词
