Abstract
Platelet-richfibrin(PRF)isderivedfromautologousbloodwithoutaddingheterologyorartificialagents.PRFpresentsaspecialmicrostructurethatprovidesacompatiblesubstrateforcellproliferationandmigration.PRFalsocontainsvariouscytokinesthatcanpromotehealingandregenerationofdamagedtissues.ThefeasibilityofapplyingPRFas a biological scaffold to repair periodontal tissues and combining it with other biomaterials to refine repairing effect has beeninvestigatedbymanyresearchers.ThemechanismofPRFinpromotingtissueregenerationhasbeenfurtherstudied.ThispaperpresentsareviewofstudiesontheapplicationofPRFcombinedwithotherbiologicalmaterialsinperiodontaltissuerepairandthemolecularmechanismofPRFinpromotingtissueregeneration.However,themechanismsofPRFinpromoting tissue regeneration must be further elucidated.关键词
