Abstract
Qualitative diagnosis of focal liver lesions is challenging in clinical situation, especially for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Precious preoperative staging in the liver cancer and accurate evaluating the perfusion of focal liver lesions are important for the treatment planning. Contrast-enhanced tomography has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of focal liver lesions. Nowadays, commonly used tools are contrast-enhanced CT, contrast-enhanced MRI, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, etc. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of each examination would be useful for choosing combined examinations to improve diagnostic accuracy.关键词
