Abstract
Ischemic stroke is the most common neurological cause of severe disability and death. The new radiologic technologies are valuable tools to make diagnosis, analyze the causes, guide the treatment, and determine the prognosis, quickly and effectively. In this review, we summarized the application of one-stop-shop CT examination consisting of non-contrast CT, CT perfusion and CT angiography for stroke evaluation, and discussed the clinical value and diagnostic methods of CT perfusion imaging. Early assessment of the ischemic penumbra facilitates early diagnosis and in acute stroke and consequently optimizes the risk-benefit ratio of reperfusion therapeutic approaches.关键词
