摘要
Abstract
Pelvic organ prolapse is an abnormal symptomatic displacement the pelvic organs from their normal anatomic positions due to abnormalities of pelvic support. The levator ani muscle form an important element of structural support mechanism in the pelvis. Defect in levator ani muscle is known to be highly associated with the presence of pelvic organ prolapse. Identification and evaluation of levator ani muscle structure has become a principal in study of pelvic organ prolapse. The MRI technology such as dynamic MRI, diffusion tensor imaging and fibre tractography, and 3D-finite element can evaluate the shape, movement, function, micro structural and biomechanical of levator ani muscle, which can provide much valuable information for pathogenesis of pelvic organ prolapse exploration, clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
