Abstract
It has an important clinical significance of biliary-enteric anastomosis in establishing bile drainage pathway. Biliary-enteric anastomotic strictures are one of the most serious complications which affect the surgery outcome. Re-surgical and endoscopic treatment have their own limitations in such difficult conditions due to local tissue disorganized. Percutaneous interventional techniques have its unique advantages because it does not need patients to have very good condition and the techniques are relatively simple with low restenosis rate in long-term follow-up and fewer peri-operation complications. For patients with refractory benign biliary-enteric anastomotic stenosis and malignant biliary-enteric anastomotic stenosis, the deployment of self-expanding metallic stent is a good choice.关键词
