摘要
Abstract
Objective: To improve the clinical understanding of intrapericardial malignant schwannoma.Methods: A woman with intrapericardial and posterior mediastinal malignant schwannoma companied by pericardial tamponade was treated in our hospital, we report the clinical pathological data of this patient and analyze the clinical data of 6 cases of pericardial malignant schwannoma which were reported by domestic and foreign literatures.Results: The main symptom of pericardial malignant schwannoma was pericardial tamponade. Echocardiogram and chest CT examination is the main method for clinical diagnosis of pericardial tumor, and a deifnite diagnosis must depend on pathology and immunohistochemical examination. Resection of intrapericardial tumor can alleviate the symptoms of pericardial tamponade.Conclusion: Intrapericardial malignant schwannoma is rare clinically, and its prognosis is poor. Operation is one of the effective treatments.关键词
