摘要
Abstract
hTe cardiovascular regulating and protective effects of G-protein coupled receptor 30 (GPR30) have become the hot topic since the study found that GPR30 could mediate rapid estrogen responses in the body. Researches showed that estrogen binding to GPR30 might affect endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and the renin-angiotensin system, resulting in vasodilation, a lowering of blood pressure, prevention of myocardial reperfusion injury, and improvement in blood lipid metabolism. However, the researches about GPR30 are limited in cell in vitro and animal experiments and the physiological and pathological effects in the body remain to be further studied.关键词
