Abstract
Objective: Discuss and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods: 150 cases patients were divided into two groups (observation group and control group) randomly, 75 cases in each group, the patients in control group were treated with conventional nursing, the patients in observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing, compare and analyze the nursing effect atfer treatment.Results: Atfer treatment and nursing, the anxiety and depression of the patients in observation group relieved signiifcantly and the alleviate conditions of the patients in observation group is signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05); all the patients’ creatinine, blood urea nitrogen decreased, all the patients’ plasma albumin increased, the change of the patients in observation group was more significant (P<0.05); The life satisfaction of the patients in observation group was higher than control group, the emotion and health index was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical effect of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis effectively, and can also improve the satisfaction of the patients.关键词
