托吡酯预防偏头痛发作的相关研究
The related research of topiramate for migraine prevention
摘要
Abstract
Migraine attacks repeated and make patients suffering. At present, there are all kinds of medicine in migraine prevention, every drug has its advantages and disadvantages. As lacking knowledge of the drugs,doctors and patients are plagued to choose the suitable one. In recent years,topiramate (TPM), a new antiepileptic drug, has showed remarkable curative effect on preventing migraine attacks, effectively and safely. I summarize the related research of topiramate for migraine prevention.关键词
