Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of family collaborative nursing model in children with bronchial pneumonia for treatment. Methods:From January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, 200 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected, the control group:100 cases, using the routine nursing mode;the study group:100 cases, using the family collaborative nursing model on the basis of conventional nursing. hTe nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results:Compared with the control group (3.6±1.5, 4±1.6, 6.9±2.1 d, 9.3±2.8 d, 11.4±3.1 d, 10 576±2 835 Yuan), patients in the study group, the time of fever (2.7±1.1 d), and time (3.2±1.3 d), cough stopping time (5.4±1.7 d), the disappearance time of cough (7.6±2.2 d), hospitalization time (9.5±2.6 d) and hospitalization expenses (8 985±2 104 Yuan) were significantly decreased (P<0.05);compared with the control group (37%, 88%), patients in the study group, the very satisfaction (58%) and total satisfaction (97%) were signiifcantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:hTe family collaborative nursing model can signiifcantly promote the clinical symptoms in children with bronchial pneumonia improvement, improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
