miRNA在创伤愈合中的研究进展
Research advances of miRNA in wound healing
摘要
Abstract
miRNA has been one of the recent biomedical field research highlights at home and abroad. As a kind of endogenous non-coding small single-stranded RNA, which has 21-25 RNAs, miRNA participates in post-transcriptional gene expression and regulation via the speciifc complementary base pairing with targeted mRNA and plays a vital role in occurrence and development of various diseases. Recently, more and more researches have revealed that miRNA participates in the whole process of wound healing and have deeply explained that the pathophysiologic intervention mechanism of miRNA in different phases has an important impact in developing targeted treatment with speciifc function. hTis article has mainly reviewed research advances of some miRNAs in different phases of wound healing.关键词
